We will also be offering sensory and messy stay and play sessions, which will be open to the wider community for a fee and will be available by booking only.
Room Hire
We will be offering room hire for children’s parties and similar events, with packages available.
These packages will include:
- A fully DBS-checked and PFA-qualified staff member on site during the booking (for supervision of the premises only, not to entertain the children)
- Use of our facilities
- Booking secured with a deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the event
Please also note that any food brought on site, or any food prepared in the nursery kitchen, may only be permitted if a member of the party holds a valid, in-date food hygiene certificate.

Stay and Play Sessions
Our sensory and messy stay and play sessions will run in 1.5-hour bookable blocks during nursery opening times and will be led and supervised by a member of staff.
- 1 adult and 1 child: £12 per session
- 1 adult and 2 children: £18 per session
- Additional child: £4 per child
- Additional adult: £3 per adult
The session price can include a child’s snack and juice, along with a hot drink and either a breakfast sandwich or toast for the attending adult.
For website wording, you may wish to note that all sessions are pre-bookable only, subject to availability, and include activities, refreshments and staff supervision throughout.
Room Hire and Facilities
- Room hire only: from £55 per hour
- Minimum booking: 2 hours
- Children’s party package: from £140 for 2 hours
- Deposit to secure booking: £40
- Remaining balance: payable on the day of the event
Room hire packages can include use of the room, access to agreed nursery facilities, and a fully DBS-checked, PFA-qualified staff member on site for premises supervision.
Where a party does not have a person available who meets the required food hygiene expectations for food brought on site or prepared in the nursery kitchen, we can provide this as an additional service for an extra fee.
- Food hygiene support add-on: from £25 per booking
- If kitchen preparation or food handling support is required throughout the event: from £15 per hour additional staffing fee
