Hayley Ashorobi

Hayley is Level 3 qualified and is working toward further qualifications in relation to SEND, Hayley is also a Governor at Sir Thomas Boteler High School and works closely with them and other higher education settings working alongside school/college faculty training students on placement who are working towards gaining there Early years education knowledge for childcare and health and social care studies and qualifications. Hayley has many years experience in working with SEND needs and Learning Difficulties.

Jenna Hancox
Assistant Deputy Manager and Room Leader
Jenna is Level 3 qualified, mum of 1 who has worked in childcare for 16+ years. Jenna is an experienced Senco and has taken on the role of Lead Senco.
Nicole Jefferson
Room Leader
Nicole is a Level 3 Qualified staff member and mum of 2 who has several years experience in childcare and she has quickly gained knowledge and experience to help her work her way up to being a Room Leader. Nicole is in charge of our outdoor curriculum and works alongside Hayley as one of our behaviour management leads. Nicole is also working toward a higher level qualification.
Megan Martin
Nursery Practitioner L2
Level 2 Qualified, mum of 2 boys with experience in both childcare and healthcare sectors. Meg has recently returned to work following MAT leave and is continuing her professional development further starting her Level 3 with us.
Amanda Whittle
Bank Staff
Amanda is a mum of 3 with extensive experience in children's care and SEND and Learning difficulties. Mand is going to be stating her Level 3 qualification with us.
Tina Gleave
Holiday Club Staff
Tina helps us during holiday periods when her setting is closed. Tine is Level 3 qualified and also has extensive experience working in childcare for 25+ years and is Deputy Manager at another setting during term time.
Hannah Peever
Room Leader
Hannah has a Level 3 Qualification in childcare and also is a level 4 TA. She has worked in primary education for over 10 years with EYFS (nursery and reception class) which makes her ideal to run our Pre-School room. Hannah specialises in Early Years Education planning and curriculum. She is knowledgeable with both EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe In Education) Frameworks which makes her uniquely qualified to help prepare our Pre-Schoolers for Primary Education.
